RO Asa cum probabil ati vazut pe retelele de socializare, anul acesta am ales o vacanta all inclusive in Turcia.
- Piscinele aveau si tobogane, bucuria copiilor si adultilor
Dezavantajele:
EN As you probably saw on social networks, this year I chose an all inclusive vacation in Turkey.
Turkey, as a destination has been on the list for some time, but it’s only now we decided to go.
I chose Antalya, Belek and the Dobedan hotel.
Let’s start with the advantages:
- Being a 5-star hotel, the food was plentiful, of very good quality and at any time, breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, etc. obviously included in the hotel price.
- The pools also had slides, the joy of children and adults
- I was at the end of August, the water was very warm, the hotel had a beach exclusively for hotel guests inside the hotel there was also an indoor swimming pool, a fitness room, a cinema room, Starbucks included, every evening there were shows, concerts for adults and children.
- In addition, there were shops in the hotel where you could buy what you wanted, a medical office, a hairdresser, a stand where you could buy excursions children’s playroom, cafes, confectioners, 2 restaurants where meals were served and in addition you could opt for a la carte restaurants with Italian, Chinese, etc.
- Bars on the beach, inside the hotel and next to the pool very many and very clean toilets impeccable rooms sports activities of football, water polo, volleyball, yoga, pilates, aqua fit, zumba, etc.
- Very close to the hotel there was also a bazaar where you could buy anything
- We chose to do 2 trips, one to a waterfall and the other to an impressive mall/aquapark.
Disadvantages:
-
Obviously, one of the disadvantages is the fact that you were tempted to eat anything non-stop, because all the food was delicious and very diverse.
-
Another disadvantage is that you didn’t really have a reason to leave the hotel because it offered you everything, so you can’t really say you’ve been to Turkey if you don’t leave the hotel
-
And yet, on the trip we bought from the hotel, we somehow ran into the realities of Turkey, namely the tendency to ask for money for everything, for example on the boat I was on, ice cream and drinks were at exorbitant prices even though the boat was not so reliable from the safety perspective. In addition, when they parked the boat at the waterfall, they put the boat in such a way that you couldn’t take pictures of the waterfall and if you wanted to take photos, they had to take it and then sell it to you at an overpriced deal.
-
Also, there was no displayed price in the bazaar and they set the price according to whether they thought you had money or not and especially according to whether you were willing to negotiate or not.
In conclusion, I think it’s worth going once and seeing if you like the all inclusive experience, but I wouldn’t do all inclusive vacations very often because indeed you will relax, but you cannot really see Turkey just by staying in a 5 stars resort.
What kind of holidays do you prefer? Do you like exploring or sitting quietly at the beach to enjoy the sun and the sea?
